Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on racik198. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Funds.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You must:

Access to and use of the racik198 Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis strictly for the purposes of personal entertainment. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction (lower limits may apply to specific payment methods).
• Deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

racik198 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are always used before Bonus Funds in wagering.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire automatically when the time limit elapses.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the racik198 sportsbook and gaming products:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Requests from regulatory, law enforcement, or governmental authorities.

Upon account closure, legitimate Real Money Funds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any bonus-related obligations. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
